They say laughter is good like a medicine, and scientific research agrees. Sometimes when things look bad in life, you just have to laugh. Whether you watch a funny movie, listen to a funny joke (the unfunny ones crack me up the most) or remember a funny event, learning to make yourself laugh will help shift your mood and energy into a positive direction.
